Pick this when you want Anthropic's safety alignment and multimodal parsing at the lowest entry cost in the Claude line, or for long-document work within a 200,000-token request limit. Skip it if you need verified benchmark scores, competitive pricing from multiple providers, or a model whose parameter count and efficiency are disclosed.
